Milton Jones
Milton Jones is a multi-award winning comedian. He is a former Perrier Best Newcomer and Nominee as well as having won a Sony Award for his radio show the Very World of Milton Jones. (in the new year he will be recording his 8th radio series for Radio 4)
He has many TV credits including performing twice last year on ITV’s For One Night Only with Joan Rivers and Tom Jones.
He is a frequent guest on other radio shows and will be a panellist on BBC2’s Mock the Week.
Milton has also just recorded a live DVD with Pozzitive Television called Milton Jones – The Universe Tour. Part One – Earth.
Miranda Sawyer of the Times described him as having a ‘strange and brilliant comic mind’ and Brian Logan of the Guardian remarked ‘Jones is a linguistic toymaker’
As if all that wasn’t enough his first novel is about to be published by JR books and is called Where Do Comedians go When They Die. It’s the description of a series of road trips taken by fictional comedian over the course of his career.
